Applications are invited from Indian Citizens as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up of the following posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil) and Junior Engineer (Civil) in Water Resources Department, Govt. of Assam.
Water Resources Department Assam Recruitment 2021- Vacancy Details:
1. Assistant Engineer (Civil).
Total no. of Post: 63 nos.
Pay Scale: Rs.30000-110000 +GP Rs.12700/- P.M.
2. Junior Engineer (Civil).
Total no. of Post: 37 nos.
Pay Scale: Rs.14000-605000 +GP Rs.8700/- P.M.
Educational qualification for Water Resources Department Assam Recruitment 2021:
1. Assistant Engineer (Civil): B.E or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering obtained from any institute approved by the AICTE and recognized by the Government.
2. Junior Engineer (Civil): A candidate must pass 2 (three) years Diploma in Civil Engineering any institute recognized by AICTE.
Age limit for Water Resources Department Assam Recruitment 2021:
1. Assistant Engineer (Civil):
The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01.01.2021.
The upper age limit is relaxable:
â—¾For SC/ST candidates: 5 years.
â—¾For OBC/MOBC Candidates: 3 years.
â—¾For PWD candidates: 10 years.
2. Junior Engineer (Civil):
The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01.01.2021.
The upper age limit is relaxable:
â—¾For SC/ST candidates: 5 years.
â—¾For OBC/MOBC Candidates: 3 years.
â—¾For PWD candidates: 10 years.
