1. Cheif Treasury Officer.
Total no. of Post: 01 (One).
Educational qualification: Graduation in Finance or equivalent, (PGDM/MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college /CA strongly preferred).
2. Head-Internal Audit.
Total no. of Post: 01 (one)
Educational qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant mandatory with other allied qualifications.
3. Head -IT Applications.
Total no. of Post: 01 (one)
Educational qualification: BBA/B.tech/BSc (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent, (PGDM/MBA/M.Tech from a Tier 2 College Preferred).
4. Zonal Head (A zone comprises of 3-4 clusters).
Total no. of Post: 05 nos.
Educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. PG diploma in management preferred.
5. Cluster Business Manager (A cluster comprises of 6-8 branches).
Total no. of Post: 22 nos.
Educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. PG diploma in management preferred.
6. Branch Head.
Total no. of Post: 30 nos.
Educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. PG diploma in management preferred.
7. Area Credit Manager.
Total no. of Post: 17 nos.
Educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. PG diploma in management preferred.
8. Credit Executive.
Total no. of Post: 17 nos.
Educational qualification: Graduation in Finance or equivalent discipline from a recognized university.
