1. Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
2. Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO)
- OBC: 326 posts
- SC: 200 posts
- ST: 86 posts
- EWS: 130 posts
Educational Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
Consolidated Remuneration: The executive will be paid lump sum/fixed remuneration as per the following.
- 1st Year: ₹ 29,000/- per Month
- 2nd Year: ₹ 31,000/- per Month
Other Criteria of IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023:
Age Limit: The candidate’s age should be between 20 years and 25 years as of 1st November 2023. i.e., The candidate must have been born not earlier than November 2, 1998, and not later than November 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.SC: 5 years
- ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Computer Literacy: Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers.
