1. Name of Post: Scientific Assistant.

> B.Sc in Chemistry.
> B.Sc in Botany/Zoology/Anthropology (Physical)/Biotechnology.
> B.Sc in Physics/Electronics/Instrumentation.
2. Name of post: Junior Assistant.
Total no. of Post: 04 nos [UR-3, ST(H)-01]
Pay Scale: Rs.14000-60500 +GP. Rs.6200/- P.M.
Educational qualification: Applicant must be Graduate in any Discipline from recognized University. The candidate must possess minimum 6 months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from recognized institute. They should have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools such as word prosessor , spread sheet , presentation graphics, concept of data bases , Internet, E-mail etc.
Age limit for Forensic Science Assam Recruitment 2021:
The candidates for the Scientific Assistant as well as Junior Assistant should not be less than 21 years OR more than 40 years as on 01.01.2021. The upper age is relaxation to 3 years in case of OBC candidate and 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates.
