Online Applications are hereby invited through the official website of DEE, Assam i.e https://dee.assam.gov.in from the Citizens of India as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and qualified in Assam TET conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam for filling up of 7242 vacancies of Assistant Teacher of LP Schools and 2112 vacancies of Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, Assamese Language Teacher and Manipur Language Teacher of UP Schools under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam.
DEE Assam Recruitment 2021- Details:
1. Assistant Teacher (LP Schools.)
Total no. of Post: 7242 nos.
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-60,5000/- Per Month.
2. a) Assistant Teacher, b)Science Teacher, c) Assamese Language Teacher and d) Manipur Language Teacher. [UP Schools]
Total no. of Post: 2112 nos.
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-60,5000/- Per Month.
Educational qualification for DEE Assam Recruitment 2021:
1. Assistant Teacher (LP Schools.):
A. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations 2002.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education) AND
B. Passed in Assam TET for LPS , conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
2. Assistant Teacher (UP Schools): Graduate from the UGC recognized University and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed or D.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Science Teacher: B.Sc from the UGC recognized University and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed or D.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Assamese Language Teacher: Graduate from the UGC recognized University having Assamese as one of the subjects and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed or D.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Manipur Language Teacher: Graduate from the UGC recognized University having Manipuri as one of the subjects and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed or D.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Age limit for DEE Assam Recruitment 2021:
A candidate must not be less than 18 years and not be more than 40 years for Unreserved category, 42 years for Ex-serviceman, 43 years for OBC/MOBC and 45 years for SC/STP/DTH and 50 years for PwD, as on 1st January, 2021.

Starting date of Online Application: 27/09/2021
Last date of Online Application: 27/10/2021
B. For the candidates who qualifies in the Assam TET to be conducted in the month of October,2021:
Starting date of Online Application: from the date of Declaration of result of Assam TET to be conducted in the month of October.
Last date to Online Application: 31/12/2021
