Online applications are invited from the candidates who are Permanent Resident of Assam (except Central Govt. Employees quota) for registration to appear in the Polytechnic Admission Test [PAT]-2022 for admission into diploma Courses in State Government Polytechnics of Assam Polytechnics outside Assam (against seat allotted by the Govt. of India) for the session 2022-23.

Eligibility criteria for Assam Polytechnic Admission Test 2022
Educational Qualification: Candidates must pass the H.S.L.C or its equivalent examination in single sitting with Mathematics and Science as compulsory. Candidates also must have passed individually in both Theory and Practical examinations in Mathematics and Science.
Age limit: > For General & OBC/MOBC candidates: 20 years 6 months on 31-12-2022
> For SC candidates: 23 years 6 months on 31-12-2022
> For ST candidates: 23 years 6 months on 31-12-2022
> For Institutions outside Assam (against Govt.of India allotted seats): 20 years 6 months.
Required minimum average% in Mathematics and Science
>For General & OBC/MOBC candidates: 40%
> For SC candidates: 35%
> For ST candidates: 33%
Application fee of Assam Polytechnic Admission Test 2022
For Polytechnic Admission Test-2022 and Counseling for Admission”: An application fee of Rs.500/- [plus bank charges as applicable] is to be paid using”State Bank Collect ” which facilities payment through Debit card/credit card/net banking. Payment may also be made which facilities payment through Debit card/credit card/net banking. Payment may also be made in cash at any branch State bank of India after generating the Cash Deposit form from” State bank Collect ‘ in final step of Online Application. Further instructions will be available during the online application process.
