1. Unarmed Branch of District Executive Force (DEF).
Total no. of Post: 705 nos.
Pay Scale: Rs.14000-60500+ GP Rs.5600/- P.M.
Educational Qualification: H.S. or Class XII passed from Govt. recognized Board or Council.
2. Armed Branch
Total no. of Post: 1429 nos.
Pay Scale: Rs.14000-60500+ GP Rs.5600/- P.M.
Educational Qualification: H.S.L.C or Class X passed from Govt. recognized Board or Council.
Age limit for Assam Police AB/UB Recruitment 2022
18 to 25 years as on 1st July of 2021 (i.e the candidate must be born on before 01.07.2003 and on or after 01.07.1996)
Relaxation:
1. For SC, STP and STH Candidates: 05 years
2. For OBC/MOBC Candidates: 03 years.
