The State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts notifies following details regarding examinationa for the post /categories of Posts of Class-IV.
Assam Direct Recruitment Official Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2022
1. Read up to Class-VIII (Minimum)
Total no. of Post: 9,000 nos.
Exam date: 21-08-2022
Time: 10:00 AM -12:00 Noon
2. HSLC (Class Ten) or equivalent examination passed.
Total no. of Post: 4,300 nos.
Exam date: 21-08-2022
Time: 2:00 PM -4:00PM
> There Shall be 2 (two) Exams on the same day– one for posts/categories of Posts for read up to Class VIII category and another for posts/categories of posts for HSLC passed or equivalent examination passed category.
> The Syllabus of the examination for recruitment to the Class-IV Posts shall be consonance with the prescribed SCERT syllabus of Class VIII Examination and Class X (HSLC examination) for read up to Class VIII category and HSLC passed or equivalent passed category respectively.
> The Subject for Both the categories of examinationa to be conducted for Class IV Post (i.e Read up to Class VIII and HSLC Passed or equivalent examination passed) will be the same and is listed as below:
a. English
b. Social Studies.
c. Mathematics.
d. General knowledge
e. Mental Ability and Logical Reasoning
> There will be a total of 135 multiple choice questions, carrying 1 (one mark each,to be attempted in 120 minutes and there shall be no negative marking
> The selection of candidates for inviting them for interview/skill test will be in the ratio of 1:2
