Online applications are invited from the permanent residents of Assam on or before the 4 PM of 12-06-2022 for filling up of the post of Junior Accountant, Junior Administrative Assistant and Laboratory Assistant Gr-III under Assam Agricultural University.

1. Junior Administrative Assistant.
Total no. of Post: 27 nos
Reservation: [OBC/MOBC-3,SC-1,STP-6,STH-3,UR-8,PWD-1,EWS-5]
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-49,000 +GP Rs.8,700 P.M.
Educational qualification: The minimum educational qualification of the candidate shall be a Bachelor degree in Science/Arts/Commerce of a Govt. recognized University.
Desirable: Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application.
2. Junior Accountant
Total no. of Post: 17 nos
Reservation: [OBC/MOBC-3,SC-0,STP-4,STH-2,UR-1,PWD-2,EWS-5]
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-49,000 +GP Rs.8,700 P.M.
Educational qualification: The minimum educational qualification of the candidate shall be a Bachelor degree in Science/Arts/Commerce of a Govt. recognized University.
Desirable: i. Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application.
ii. Experience in Accounts.
3. Laboratory Assistant Gr-III
Total no. of Post: 12 nos
Reservation: [OBC/MOBC-3,SC-1,STP-1,STH-1,UR-4,PWD-1,EWS-1]
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-49,000 +GP Rs.8,700 P.M.
Educational qualification: The minimum educational qualification of the candidate shall be a Bachelor degree in Science/Home Science of a Govt. recognized University.
Age limit for AAU Jorhat Recruitment 2022
The minimum age of the candidate as shall be 18 years and maximum age limit shall be 40 years as on 01-01-2022. There will be relaxation in Upper age limit for SC,ST candidates by 5 yrs and for OBC/MOBC by 3 yrs & 2 yrs Ex-serviceman and for PWD 50 yrs.
